Materials Needed: Endor Han Solo - body, legs PLC Bespin Han Solo - arms GI Joe Duke (4th version) - head Mace Windu - lightsaber (any blue) stock blaster pistol Paints - black, white, yellow, blue |
| This is another custom I had wanted to do for a long time. I just couldn't find the right head! And finally, I was looking through a box off GI Joe's I had and Duke's head just jumped out at me (not literally). First, get all the pieces together. Using Sculpey, put a high collar on Han's vest and shoulder pad-looking things on the arms. Also, sculpt over the opening in Han's shirt to make a more uniform surface. Cure the Sculpey; paint the shirt white and the jacket and pants black. Now, repaint Duke's hair yellow and his eyes blue. Now, here's the hard part; you have to whittle the neck bulb on the head down to something that will fit into the neck hole on the body. Once that's done, put the pieces together (carefull not to crack the Sculpey) and add the weapons. |  |
