Materials Needed: Ben Kenobi - head Rebel Fleet Trooper - arms, legs General Lando - body "Monkey-Face" Leia - skirt Vintage Madine - baton Paints - tan, brown, black, white, dark blue |
| I normally don't do movie customs, but since the FFURG had a Casting Call for Madine I decided to do one. First I gathered the pieces. Then I scraped off the gun holster from Lando's chest. Next I sculpted some gloves and shoulder pads onto the RFT's arms. I cut down an old Leia skirt to look fairly normal. I painted the shirt, shoulder pads, pants, skirt, and hair & beard tan. I then did a drybrushing of brown over top of it all (a little heavier on the hair). Then I painted the gloves, boots, and belt black. The collar and shirtsleeves were painted light blue. For the finishing touches, I painted a silver rank square on his left chest and added 5 red dots in an X pattern (to signify he's a General, as per the Star Wars Encyclopedia); I superglued a shaving from Jek Porkins onto his belt for the buckle. Reassembled the pieces, superglued the skirt onto the belt, and added the baton. |  |
