| While reading "Rogue Planet" (finally), I liked the guest appearance by Raith Seinar. Since it said he looked a lot like Tarkin, and I had a spare Tarkin head, I decided to do a custom of him. I wantd a body that looked somewhat aristocratic while still lending itself to a worker and former military man. I decided to use Jack's body, but he had a big iron gauntlet on his left hand. I cut it off and superglued on the left hand from Rourke (since it was about the same size). I sculpted over the seam and repainted the hands and undershirt. Then I added some Sculpey to Tarkins cheeks to make him look a little younger. I repainted his hair black, and added some very light grey streaks. Since the Jack figure had a knob attached to the body insted of a neck peg, I had to cut off both (including some of the bottom of Tarkin's neck for proportion) and superglue it to the body. |
